CRAFOAM is a professional manufacturer and exporter of EVA Foam. It is a brand of Changsha Heaplake Enterprises Co., Ltd providing EVA Foam, corrugated paper, felt, craft punch, and silicone glue, which are light-weight, beautiful, environment-friendly, and safe to use.

Our products conform to SGS, EN 71, and RoHS standards, and are mainly exported to Germany, Denmark, Japan, the US, and South America. To ensure high quality, raw materials are manufactured in-house and they passed a raw material audit by Adidas. Our factories implement ISO 9001:2000 standards during the whole production process. We also provide a one-year warranty and catch a near-zero defect rate because of quality detail control.

    Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
    The staff members at QC department have been well trained.
    Their inspection is always based according to ISO 9001:2000 guidelines and AQL 2.5 or 4.0 standards.
    Quality Control Procedures
  • EVA big foaming should physical test.
  • The thickness of forefoot and heel is 8 and 20mm after tapering.
  • When drying material the time should be controlled and check of the material is normal.
  • Check appearance after cooling.
  • Check hardness and gauge the cardboard after cutting when cooling for 24 hours.
  • 100% check the delivery before packing.

    Policy on Hours of Labour
    We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week.

    For a set of stock samples and color card, customers need to provide the address details and the express account number. We offer samples for free but in customer's express charge. If buyers have any special requirements, they need to pay the sample charge before shipping.
